When I was a teenager, I used to have acne. Concomitantly, my beard started growing. I was frightened that acne would affect my beard. But it didn’t!

The excess oil gets accumulated in your pores. Additionally, dead skin cells stack up into that layer. As a result, your pores get blocked and cause acne.
